Red Mullet is very common in the Mediteranean sea, tasty and rather light. It is very rich in omega-3 fatty acids, nutrients and vitamins. Because of its quality and rareness sometimes it can be rather expensive.

Instructions
  1. Carefully choose a very fresh red mullet fish and clean it. Around 6 normal-sized red mullet should weight about a kilogram. Normally, when you buy fish you can ask the seller to clean it for you.
  2. Place a baking paper on a baking pan and spread some olive oil with a brush (to reduce the possibility of the fish sticking to the paper). Then, add the fish leaving some space in between them. Drop some salt and olive oil on each fish. Then put the fish in the oven for about 30' at 200 degrees (Celsius) and let it be roasted. Depending on the oven's efficiency, this may take shorter or longer time, so please check it regularly.
  3. Add the red mullet fish in a plate and serve. All fish taste better with some freshly squeezed lemon juice on. Three red mullet fish may sound a lot to eat, but it is so tasty that it is hard for one to resist.
