Get a ready made or prepare a plate of fresh green salad. Wash it thoroughly and strain it to get rid of the water.
You may want to chop the slices of you smoked salmon in pieces.
In a bowl, add the green salad, then the smoked salmon and the cherry tomatoes. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice of half a lemon (or a full lemon) onto the salmon.
You may also wish to add dried barley bread (ntakos) or crouton. Please soak the bread before you add it into the salad: you can either stick it under running water for a minute or put it on a plate and add some water letting it absorb it.
You can season the salmon with dill and/or ground black pepper (or rub some black pepper). Enjoy your salad!
Tip: If you don't like lemon, you may use a ready made dressing or a sauce suitable for fish.
