Slice the pepper and the feta cheese. In a blender add all the ingredients with the following order: a) feta cheese cubes, b) sliced pepper, c) yogurt, d) olive oil and e) grated pepper.
Blend the ingredients gently into a creamy spread and place in a bowl. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator of at least one hour. The spread is served cold and after every use please keep it in the fridge in order to preserve it.
Tips: a) Please do not change the order of adding the ingredients to the blender because if you add the yogurt before the feta, the latter will not be mixed. b) If you do not have a blender available, you can still make the spread with a fork. However, you will need to finely slice the red pepper and a strong arm. Please make sure not to destroy the fork (it may bend because of the pressure).
