Servings 10 puff pastries

Ingredients

  • 10 puff pastry leaves (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 100 grams cooked chicken breast
  • 50 grams graded cheese
  • 100 grams nutella
  • 30 ml fresh milk
  • 30 ml olive oil

Instructions

  • Carefully prepare your ingredients. Then, chop the red pepper, the cooked chicken breast and the feta cheese.
  • Add these ingredients on a plate, add the grated cheese and mix them.
  • Place one puff pastry leaf (remove any membrane as necessary) on a surface and add the stuffing in the middle.
  • Fold and roll the puff pastry leaf in order to fully cover the stuffing.
  • Your first puff pastry is ready. Repeat this for 7 puff pastry leaves with the mix and 3 pastries with nutella (if you wish to make sweet pastries).
  • Add some aluminium foil on a baking pan and add some olive oil or use a baking paper so that the puff pastries do not stick on the pan.
  • Add the puff pastries on the baking pan allowing some space between them as they tend to swell and gently brush each pastry with milk. Bake the pastries in an oven in medium temperature (180o Celcius) for 10-20 minutes depending on the oven.
  • Remove the puff pastries from the oven and let the cool. They should look like those in the photo. Bon appetit!
